If the rush of daily life is overwhelming and exhausting you, you’re not alone. In today’s world we often can’t hear ourselves think over the noise of the latest news feed, our buzzing and beeping devices, and the incessant chatter in our own heads telling us we’re not good enough, we should have done that differently, what if this, what if that….


What if, instead, you could cut through the noise and find quiet, calm, and clarity?


What if you knew exactly what was most important to you, so you could prioritize your days, weeks, months – your whole life – the way you want, not the way society dictates?


What if you could train the inner critic in your head to be an inner champion and co-creator in your life?


What if you could shift your energy and perspective to work for you, not against you?

In our time together, you’ll:


  • Gain insight into your energy patterns and stress reactions

Reclaim Your Power runs from December 12, 2019, to February 13, 2020, with a two-week break over the holidays.


The break is intentional. We start by laying the foundation with concepts and self-awareness, then take some time to practice, stumble, learn, and grow – at a time of year when we’ll have many opportunities to do so.


The approaching time of year is one of love, laughter, and gratitude as we gather with friends and family to celebrate the season. At the same time, the holidays can bring challenges for many of us.


Maybe we’re frustrated with a difficult relative, or tensions are high and the family gathering holds potential for conflict. Maybe we’re ready to enjoy the holidays but we feel drained from rushing around finding last-minute gifts, or we’re stressed by trying to create the perfect experience for others. Maybe loved ones have passed away and the holidays evoke both joyful memories and the sadness of loss.


(This will be my first Christmas without my mom, so I can relate.)


Whatever this holiday season brings up for you, the work we do in December will prepare you to handle the ups and downs more skillfully, with more choices, and with greater internal resources available to you. When we regroup in January, we’ll see what worked and what didn’t, we’ll keep learning and practicing together, and we’ll prepare for an amazing year ahead!

We’ll meet from 12:00pm – 1:00pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Thursdays.

All sessions will take place using the Zoom videoconferencing platform.

You’ll receive reminders and the link to join before each session.

Prework: Energy Leadership Index™ Assessment

(takes about 20 minutes or less to complete)


After you sign up for the program, you’ll receive a link to take your online Energy Leadership Index™ Assessment. Your assessment results will help you understand your energy patterns in normal circumstances and under stress. You’ll discover ways to increase satisfaction and fulfillment in many areas of your life, including work/life balance, health and wellness, relationships, productivity, leadership ability, and more.


You’ll receive your results approximately 48 hours prior to our first live session.


Note: If you’ve taken the ELI™ before, that’s ok! Unlike assessments that discover your innate strengths and preferences, the ELI™ provides a snapshot of your current energetic profile and overall attitude towards life. It’s normal and expected for your results to change over time as your experiences change and you grow in awareness and consciousness. You can learn a lot by comparing your results and seeing what’s changed!
